Ashby Villa kindly let me use an ID reference to get a second ticket, for my brother. Does anyone know such tickets are sent to the address of the person with that particular reference or the person using someone else's reference but while logged on as an original ID reference holder? Would be a right faff if the tickets are sent to separate addresses.

In my experience always sent the I'd ordering not the individuals

There's a lot more than that. The club tweeted there were 1000 left at 10pm. There should be a few hundred left for general sale.

There's not a lot left at all. I'd say less than 300. Only 3 down stairs and you had to have a junior ticket.

Yes, both had 38k. Fulham sold out earlier but if you look on Twitter and resale sites they're full of tickets for the Fulham end selling for £200+. Letting them buy 5 tickets is a tout's dream and I reckon there will be a fair few empty seats in their end.
