Couldn't watch the last half hour... I've always thought if we get to Wembley we'll go up. I'm not going to go back on that now, but we need a performance.  One win Villa, one win.

Bree done well after a shaky start, Kodjia looked very sharp after he came on, may be pushing for a start.

I thought Grabban looked very dangerous. Two saves he forced.

JK looked good though when he came on.

at around 80 minutes there popped up a stat that we had 10 attempts to 3, and 5 on target to their 0 - it never felt like that through out the game - was surprised. Thought we were frantic and panicking playing up the field - no control of the ball. But around 70 minutes we became calmer, to do the mandatory panic towards the end. Thank f that ended and we are in the final.

Anything can happen that day.

I had to go out for a walk on eighty minutes, my old ticker can't put up with this stress.  Well done Villa.

Ha ha know what you mean mate. The older you get the more stressful it is. Every time they had a corner I had to go to the loo coz I couldn’t watch! Why the fuck do we put ourselves through it?!?

Tiny being somewhat magnanimous in his interview, said nothing to upset me.

We really need to sort out how to bring the ball out from the back, Johnstone's kicks always never stick to a Villa player and just hand possession to the opposition.

Was pleased to see the stamina levels holding up.

Hope we can do it.

Kodjia looked much better today because he got a few passes into his feet rather than everything being fired up to him from 50 yards away.  It gave him a chance to get into the game and helped him massively.
