Of course, BV won't be supporting him though, the wrong un.

And Higgins has chucked this frame (open goal for PWS).

Half face beats Jabba the Hut. I wonder what the odds were of Higgins throwing it away were eh John.

Murphy deserved the win, he was the better player (and probably has been the best player in the tournament). Felt like Higgins' tenacity and experience kept him in it, but he ran out of steam towards the end.

Anyhow... Everyone should want Wu to win the whole thing.

Nah, he seems a likeable kid, but the crowd chanting "Wu, woo, wooo...." nonsense needs to be stamped out asap.

Fucking right it does! It's on a par with "Rooot!" and "Come on, Tim!".

Come on whoever wins the other semi-final.

Except Mark Allen. The miserable twat.

He is hilariously miserable, even by Nordie standards. I find it comical rather than annoying, but would accept that his style of play doesn't exactly set the pulses racing.

Allen wins the first to lead 12-11. That feels like a bit of a steal for him.

Wu has the fearlessness of youth and a phenomenal talent, a very dangerous combination for any opponent but like the other semi final, the opponent is matching him.

Two great semi finals this year.
