Excellent again from the Pears.  Whitely is a hell of a prospect.

Poor show from the Bears, unlikely to qualify now.

Little logic in going after players who have central contracts.

Has Rashid got a central contract? He only (officially) plays white ball cricket.

Swap for Poysden ? With World Cup next year Rashid won’t be available until after 14 July and if we have another summer like this one will then be playing in the ashes. Durham also interested apparently.

In todays game at The County Ground bears have won the toss and are batting.
Team: Pollock, Bell, Hain, Hose, CDG, Elliott, Woakes, Thomason, Ambrose, Patel & Stone

If half as good as game at Edgbaston should be a cracker.

Poor power play
38/2 6
Bell 20
Hain 2

Doesn't seem a wise decision to bat.

My finals day ticket came in post yesterday....doesn't look like i'll be watching Bears.

Not really Bears & Pears related but this is a disgraceful attitude to take to the game.
