Was hoping Pearson wouldn't be back for them

It's just so deflating to see that lineup. Please prove me wrong Villa. This could determine our run-in for better or worse.

Sigh. Onomah was utterly dreadful against Fulham.

Can't see there being more than 1 or 2 goals in this match at a maximum. Think (hope) we'll scrape a very ugly 1-0, but have had a tenner on 0-0 to lessen the annoyance if it happens.

Onomah is rubbish.

There's zero pace in that side. I know we are not flush with options but surely one of the younger players could have come in and injected some pace?

I don’t think Onomah’s rubbish, in fact he played very well against Preston earlier this season.

He who dares wins.

And Steve? He who plays safe ....
Drives us mad.

I hope I'm proved wrong. Please.

I just hope we don't revert back to wacking it up to Hogan, as has been the case whenever Grealish isn't in the 10 role.

I do agree the lack of pace is a concern.

Onomah is a young kid who is still learning and has had some good and some not so good games. He's likely the best option we have given our injury problems, and I'm hopefully he will give Preston problems like he did up there.
