Tricky one today. A draw would be a good result but we’re now conditioned to expect better.

NO way should we play Whelan and Jedinak against a rapid team like Fulham

See Brentford away

Are Fulham really that great?  Honest question as I’ve nothing of them this season.

They've really got into a groove now, but are capable of mystifying results against some real shit. If they're anything like last season they'll be the best footballing side in the division. For a side that's not full of Champions League players, that is.

I've just got a message from the Villa app saying the game is on AVTV for international Villans/Villains. Ace our kids!

Adomah and Grealish will start.

If you give offered me the draw I would snap  your hand off. Then I would throw it to the nearest hungry dog and remind you that the Villa are going to win so bugger off!

Won their last 6 at the Cottage.

Away they've lost to Sunderland and drawn with Hull and Bolton recently.

I just hope we're not rusty and slow out of the blocks after not having had a competitive match for two weeks.

Excuse me if I am being naïve. But are there any pubs in Birmingham that still stream villa matches ?? (legally of course) I am desperate to watch this game ....

I'm not sure if it's illegal anymore as a pub in Portsmouth won a case vs the PL about it
