With respect: 'No!'. The current squad can dick Blues to high heaven without Onegoalayear.

We rarely do, though. And "Onegoalayear" could be all we need, as it was last season. Stick him on the bench. We are already paying him and they are frightened of him. It makes no sense to cut our nose off to spite our face.
Yeah, right! All we needed last year were regular goals and victories to take us back up but where was he week in, week out? On his fat arse. Again, no. Who gives a shit about one game? The other players are earning their crust at every game.

We should offer and put them on every seat in the away end. Keeping with their tradition, claret and blue, obviously.

Slightly off topic, but are small rucksacks allowed in?. Couple of friends from Hamburg coming over, who need to head for airport straight after the game. Thanks.

As long as they are small and they do not mind emptying the contents out to be searched. A similar size to a school rucksack that would carry maybe sandwiches and a flask. Anything like the size of a carry on aircraft bag or small suitcase and they will not be allowed in and there is no storage facility at VP.
There is a luggage place at New Street Station where you can leave bags at a price, also check out www.nannybag.com, i've not tried it but they advertise leaving a bag for £6 for 24hrs

Let him come on and score the winner, again.
You are just forgetting one crucial thing. He has ALREADY scored a goal this season.

Cheers Hookeysmith. They’re small rucksacks, so I think they’ll be alright. They’re in North Stand Upper.

Everyone gives a shit about this game. It would be folly not to include a player that the opposition are terrified of.

I could live with Gabby's main contribution this season being the winner against Blues on Sunday.

Well, I'll be cheering when I see that his name is not on the team sheet as I firmly believe we can beat the rags with our regular squad. It seems that many fans are so terrified of SHA that they are willing to have a retired footballer wheeled out for sentimental reasons. He'd be like Robert Pires trying to get into the box for a corner.

I'm with BE all the way on this. Having won six on the trot and brought signs of good times returning it would be ridiculous to bring that waste of space back into the squad. If he must be involved, have him walk out holding the hand of the Villa captain as one of the mascots.

I agree that he's a waste of space. Except when we are playing Birmingham City. We are playing Birmingham City, though. Put him in the squad.

Why would we want to disrupt a winning squad, in a game at home to a relegation threatened team, in order to bring a really really shit footballer into it?

If he's even half fit I'd have him on the bench. They are shit scared of him.

Their fans might be but their players won't give a fuck about the podgy wastrel, surely?
