snoddy . hogan , Terry , Bjork were all good today

Forest aint good but we have to do the job and get the 3 pts
Confidence is coming in and the players look happy and look like they care , we have improved since Jack has been playing regular  and Agnew got the job.

still think Bruce can get a lot more from us but Im happy today.

A very professional and solid away win.

This was a match a year ago we'd have lost (and we did).

Forest had one serious shot all match, we should've had more than one.

Main thing was we kept the gap to five points. With Derby winning that was all we could do at kick off. 3 of our next four at home so I'd be optimistic we can cut the gap down to 2 or 3 points. Let's see how Derby do when they have to go to the City Ground.

Main surprise for me was how negative the match thread was. The usual this player is shite etc although it's par for the course during a game but watching that first half I thought we were pretty comfortable and yet it was Forest would tear us apart in the second half.

We had a poor xmas but it's now three straight league wins with no goals conceded and plenty of winnable games coming up. Get the feeling last week/people still wanting SB sacked is still playing on people's minds when they view games.

Albeit at a higher level, we had plenty of these types of away games under MON.

Could have been a little more comfortable with 2nd goal but for all thier puff only one real chance with the shot.

Games against Barnsley home  Sheffield away and Burton Blues at home real chance to pressure derby in 2nd

Delighted with that win. Thor was awesome in the second half and with Terry in defence I never thought they'd score. I've not had that kind of faith in a Villa defence since the days of Olof & Laursen.

Quite a few very good performances but was very impressed with Grealish’s work rate.

What's nice to see is this recent run has started to once again cement our place in the playoffs. We have a 4 point cushion now and with some decent games coming up we have a chance to really build on that. Three of our next four are at Villa Park all against teams in the bottom 6.

Classic Bruceball = Defend, hope for a goal. There is no attacking tactics, method or blueprint.

Watched second half.  Looked lively and enjoyable to watch.  Only 5 points away from glory.

Oh do fucking give it a rest. You were moaning about the away fans earlier. We just won our third in a row so if you don't have anything positive to say go somewhere else.

Abject would be kind to Forest in that second half, but overall delighted to come away from there with 3 pts.

Terry back on form at the back keeping a shape on that defence, thought Hourihane had a good second half playing the ball out of midfield, Snoddy a deserved MOTM for his efforts up top.

Bloody good away performance and a deserved 3 points. That second place is in our sights.

A well drilled performance. No excitement, no panic, but three points. All that counts now

That should be looked at as an absolute minimum of 8 points, and a realistic target of 10.
