Quote from: Villafirst on December 02, 2017, 02:20:42 AMCan't believe people writing off Davis! Ffs he's only 19! He shouldn't be playing at the moment, but Bruce simply can't rest him - there's no one else! I think he'll be great in 2 years time.Precisely.He’s a rookie being asked to lead the line, pretty much on his own.Sure, the goals aren’t coming, but bloody hell, let’s support a kid trying to do a mans job and making a fecking good show of it.

Onomah is not a liability.

Ignoring the first three games of the season, the losses against Wolves and Sheffield Wednesday, and the times we've drawn, we right up there with the best of them. Or something like that. 😉I’d like to see how wolves Brazil would cope without three of their best players for a lengthy period of time. Fcukin negativity does my head in.The shit football does it for me. That and the acceptance of us being shit. Saying that, tonight was the first time in a long time I've really screamed out so loud when we've scored.

Apparently its a rubber mark off my slippers. Wife is scrubbing said cream carpet as we speak. She isnt happy
Lets be honest, 12 months ago we'd have lost that. They pushed and harried us in the first half and some of the younger players (Davis & Onomah) need to learn how to stand up to it, but even with the players we have out they didnt really create many chances. I know many dont rate him but i thought Elphick wouldve been a better choice than Samba, bit meaner.I also dont get Hourihane at the moment, he seems to have tunred into the new barry bannan, all pointing and sideways passes, thought he was supposed to be a creative midfielder? Let whelan do the holding role, we dont need 2.Still we won 2nd half and attacking subs made the difference - like having 2 new signings. Grealish touch was real quality and Landsbury always looked forward - more of the same please. So lots of key players out, goal down, getting bullied and we come away with a point - lets not underestimate what that means to the team, they will feel good about it and so they should
