If this continues in the second half, is Bruce capable of changing it?

To lose or only draw today would seem to be a clear indication Bruce just isn't up to being manager of Aston Villa
He needs more time for his players to bed in....

Like a pre-season friendly without the atmosphere.

Sorry to me Elmohamady starting in an advanced forward position is just a negative selection imo. He's going to be one of these I can just see shoe horned into the team week after week when there are better options available.

We have Snodgrass and Hogan against his old club on the bench. Get them on!

If they were on the front foot, but made mistakes because they are not quite on the same wavelength, that would be one thing. But the lack of an ideas or urgency seems inexcusable. Other teams make changes and still manage to play coherently, which seems to have been beyond villa except for norwich and the first half against hull.

We are truly shit. Less possession, less shots and none on target. Is this a side looking to get promotion, it would seem not, while Bruce is in charge.

Well that was one of the worst halves of "football" I've seen at any standard. Not sure where to start it was that bad. Absolutely pathetic.

I was speaking to a hull fan last weekend - he said it was clear Elmo's legs had gone

I worry for you my friend. That has all the hallmarks of our good half.

Get Whelan and Elmohammady off replace with Snodgrass and Hogan. Just attack and lose if we have as anything is better than this shit.
