With the lack of seriousness towards the League Cup by top flight clubs, Villa actually have a half decent chance to win it. I love the League Cup, some of my best Villa times have been seeing us win it.Promotion and League Cup double, Villa back in Europe... you have to dream.
We got 18,000 for the last tie, where ST holders were free and they still charge £15 a pop for this game. Far be it from me to challenge the pricing structure as I know sweet FA about running a football business, but I always wonder why the club doesn't use these types of games to put on offers that make the game attractive to families and youngsters, to get the ground filled up. For example, £5-£10 adults and £1 kids.

Would Boro really complain to the authorities if we said we wanted to charge £5 across the board and £1 for kids?
