I think Keenan can and will contribute to the team next season.

He will, if he's given the right sort of chances, unlike last season.

My problem is he's no longer a youth player by quite a distance so is he back-up for Watkins and a non scoring one at that ,or is he behind Wesley and thus blocking the potentially better forward options from the next generation in the youth team who at 20 really should be getting a run out. Plus you've got the squad picture which i count tentatively as 21 currently because of the departures, so we have about 4 places to play with. Rather see him go out on loan personally. If he does find his feet in the championship then we have the option to give him another run at the first team next season or sell him for decent money. Can't see another season sitting on the bench doing him or us much good.

If he played for anybody else, would we be interested in signing him now?

That depends, did he score his 1 goal for the season against us?

Iíd be happy to Keinan go out on loan, but thatís dependent on getting another forward player in. Despite the fact he canít score, on very limited evidence, Iíd be more confident of Keinan coming off the bench and offering something than Wes. Not much of a choice all round really.

His only attribute is his ability to hold the ball up and bring others into play. That was useful for a timeunder Bruce when glaciers moved more quickly than our then forwards. That's not the case now, different place, different time.

His other attributes include good movement, quick feet which allow him to create space against a defender and quite a turn of pace for a big bloke.

Not a bad combination!

Not a shock its what keinan does best getting injured!

Hope he recovers but this is exactly the reason why we need a striker

At least we know it won't have a major impact on our goal threat.
