I don't mind £4m-ish, if it includes a big sell-on percentage - because if he can't stay fit he'll never be worth much more anyway, but if he does, he'll easily be worth £10m+

It does seem from social media (yes, I know), that he could be back for the play-offs if Forest get there, which on current form they comfortably will.  It would make a great story for him get to back in time to contribute to them winning the play-offs.  That's what I'll keep my fingers crossed for anyway.

Yup, Norwich are rumoured to be interested too but then who wouldn't be if the price is £4m.

Is the £4m the figure being mooted? What a load of Horlicks. Double it for starters.

Paper talk. That said, Forest haven't two pennies to rub together so unless they get promoted I can imagine that being their offer.

Depending on whether he gets fit again, I imagine those relegated clubs or possibly promoted clubs would want him. Heíll go for 6-8 mil plus add ons.

Or we could keep him, as we have no-one else who can play like him!

Fores will face Sheff Utd. in the Play Offs then. Keinan v Conor. But will Davis be fit for it? They've barely missed him since he's been out injured but then the momentum was built-up with him in the side.

They could have done with him against Bournemouth.

Apparently not close to being fit.

I think Keinan being injured might cost Forest in the playoffs. He was a real presence leading the line and created so much space for his teammates. They have still looked good but he certainly added another hard to defend dimension to their play.

He was. Have several Forest supporting fans from my long time residency there and they totally love him

If he doesn't get the opportunity here then I can see Deano Norwich or Bruce at WBA taking him on
He do well at both and the bosses know him
Good luck to him whatever happens and hope he gets fit to have a decent pre season.
I love one last chance for him as real think has something but perhaps It won't happen now

He seems to have found his natural level there, something which always seems to bring out the best in any player.

Bruce at WBA. I wonder if he'll still be there next season to take KD on. He seems to have led them all the way to nowhere...

Went to school over in Bearwood in the 80s and have a lot of WBA mates from those days, they really donít want Bruce there and really cant blame them when you see managers like Cooper at Forest. On Keinan, a bit like Footy, i really like Keinan but think his time at Villa is probably done, will look out for his career and hope he does well, loved watching him during Forests cup run. As a child of the late 70s, Forest are a big team to me, i really hope they come up and Keinans playing for them in the premier next season.

I wonder would any transfer fee we get for him be loaded with an appearance clause i.e the bulk of any fee dependent on him staying fit to play 25+ games a season. Dunno if these type of conditions stil exist with transfers at the top level (is Dele Alli's move to Everton a similar example?).

They do still exist and I would think would be what happens in Keinan's case. When he's fit he's a decent player and worth £10m of anybody's money. But a Championship club is never going to pay that for a player who's crocked for half the season at least. So I can well see a smallish fee of say £5m with additional amounts to be paid based on appearance criteria.

Davis playing 25+ games a season.

Not likely.
