What we don't want to be looking at tomorrow evening is 'reality check' posts.

There will undoubtedly be a lot of toys out the pram if we lose tomorrow or possibly even draw.

It's worth remembering though that Newcastle lost their first 2 games last season and still went up automatically very easily.

Wonder if Onomah will start? Would assume he's sub but you never know

If so I reckon it's Lansbury and whelan alongside him, Elmo and green wide, and probably gabby up top

Pretty pumped for tomorrow now. Just win villa. Any sort will do frankly

Bruce would be mad do start him so soon but I reckon it's odds on he will get a run out in the cup game.

We definitely don't want articles by Dave titled 'Reality Check' or  'Brought Back Down To Earth'.

Or 'No Bonus For Brucie'.

He'll come off the bench with 10 minutes to go replacing Lansbury who I expect he'll be fighting with for a start this season.

2-1

I actually dreamt 2-0 with Gabby scoring a one on one, but that was pure fantasy clearly

Taking a friend to her first Villa game tomorrow. Has anyone got that awesome video clip of the Holte End holding its breath just before we scored then going mental...think it was vs West Brom or Birmingham?

At the end of the day if we want promotion then we have to win games like this. There can be no excuses for if we fail to get promotion this season we could finish up outside the prem  for a long time.

Taking my 6 and a bit oldest boy as part of his regular 3 monthly visit to VP hoping this sparks his interest. I'm toying with the idea of just taking him every week but don't want to put him off. Hardly go these days so am banking on him getting the groove then his 2 younger brothers will follow and my Saturdays will be rescued from the oblivion of shopping & National Trust days out.

A comfortable 2-0 to ease our way gently into the season. Terry to score to further put pressure on the club shop to find more "r"s.

The fan cam doesn't show the one angle of the crowd before Delph scored. That was on the 'Aston Villa That's Who' video but they've changed that.

If you type in "the Holte end singing Don't look back in Anger" on you tube. The one after the Blues game. The official one with a fish eye camera at the front of the Holte is pretty special.

Not that I know of. The videos by the guy that did the filming that day have all gone and The Villa Decree original video with it on has been pulled from Youtube with this message "This video contains content from UEFA, who has blocked it on copyright grounds"
