We should be doing a bit more to publicise this game though, and I don't see the point of making it free to air, that's just asking people not to turn up.

If it's the latter then giving all season ticket holders free entry and charging everyone else £10/£1 kids and a couple of interesting signings beforehand might help

Proceeds are going to charities. Then again, I get the impression Watford's attitude is that he was theirs and nobody else's. When the game was shifted to Villa Park they announced that it was 'only' a pre-season friendly and were having the proper celebration the following week, which is where the Graham Taylor Trophy would be played for.
