Under Bruce we will grind our way to promotion next season. It's going to be tough to watch even if we get the desired end result. It's also why he can't be trusted in the PL and has come up short every time he has managed any club at that level.

I'd be happy with having to sack him in the Premier League aroudn December/January. It'd mean we're in the Premier League.

The problem though is that if you are having to sack a manager at that time of year, you are usually heading for relegation as you are that bad.

Nah, it'll be because our title challenge is faltering and a delegation of senior players (Hazard, Lukaka, Neuer) will go to Tony to demand a change in direction.

Edit: GET IN HULKSTER

But he's only managed shite clubs. Has to given a chance.

He's managing a club who has given him tremendous resources and the football is every bit as turgid as most feared. I'm glad we are winning and I am glad we have him at this level. I don't want him for any great length of time in the PL.

Spot on, not the manager to take us to bright future ;D

On a completely separate note, Gareth Barry looks very good today playing for Everton. He'd be a superb addition to bring us back up as skipper.

Shame we have a break next week, look to be on a roll. A boring one, but a winning one! Hogan, really pleased for him.

We've been a pretty decent second half team recently. I still expect us to win 2-0

Told ya

ps. I'll be happy if we win 3-0
