One of debutante Adam Hoe's sixes landed in the top row in the middle of the East Skyline Terrace, where I was sitting. If the old pavilion was still there, it would have ended up in Cannon Hill Park.

Adam Hose looks a good prospect. What's happened to Olly Stone? He's played in one T20 game I think. I have faith longterm in Gilo.

I thought that the Bears looked quite a useful side yesterday. They restricted Lancashire until Buttler's late onslaught and never looked in any troubleith the bat.

Hose looks to be a good signing and Giles is making progress already with signings in key areas.

Not proper cricket (before Chris Jameson could say it).

Picked up another injury in the game he played I think.  The original prognosis was that he wouldn't play at all this season IIRC.

Read he's playing minor counties cricket for Norfolk to try and gain match fitness.

Could have done with 'the big man' sticking around for a few more overs really.

Indeed, good knock from him though which took us from looking at 155-155 to more like 170-180.

Really poor from Thomason to follow up though, no need to try the run there.

Decentish total but could have been a lot more.  Every time someone got a start and looked like they were going on to get a score they got themselves out (Hain, de Grandhomme, Elliott, Barker).  Going to need a good bowling performance to pull this one out.

Absolutely, some poor shots but more importantly 2 horrific run outs.

Northants have seem seriously fat fuckers in their side. It's like baseball in the 70's.

Boyder is a bozo.
