Just checked in for my flight to Milan next to Big Boyd - Belfast bound. He's a big lad. The good news is that we always seem to win when I'm away from home.

Next Tuesdays home County game v possible champions elect Essex has now been chosen to be
screened live by Sky Sports.  So all can see Bears receive the 'coup de grace'.

They will probably go and beat Essex for the first defeat of the season (hope not). A win for Essex will probably mean the title will be pretty well wrapped up.

A good move by Chopra!

Henry Brooke's looks a very good prospect. Just turned 18 and is genuinely quick.

As for the match, we are headed for yet another trouncing.

dear oh dear 20/3 Sibley 3, Hain 11 and now Trott 6

Just no bottle. Trott somewhat unfortunate playing on but to be fair thats not an excuse.

It's great to see Warks showing the sort of fight to avoid relegation that Villa didn't.

Oh...

Still, happy for JD.

Shaping up to be another abject innings.  If the weather holds, this has a chance of being over before tea.

Simply not good enough looking at the quality in the side.  Some serious questions need to be asked.

Some teams would kill for that kind of consistency.

I do feel for The Bears but I'm very happy with the result for Essex. Nearly there (hopefully it will be today) and still unbeaten.

Hopefully The Bears will be back after a year.

Lancs lost, so Essex are Champions
