In pub full of noses watching dingles versus scum. Plenty of shit on the villa bollocks being shouted but you know what, whatever league we are in, I would rather us demand greatness than settle for being some scummy shithole in bordsley who have no ambition other than finishing above us. We are in the shit but we will improve,we have to improve as compared to the crap midlands clubs around us, I am filled with contempt against most of them (accept Walsall) as they will never match what we have achieved so fuck them as no matter what league we are in, we are villa and we will win when we want!

Yup.

Looking at the situation objectively, Small Heath would beat us at the moment. Craig Gardner looks light years ahead of anything we have got right now.

Of course, if we bond/click/gel, we we will be the ones that are  light years ahead.

It made me laugh that the grey grizzled Small Heath beast got sent off for giving a little love tap to the downed dog head with his paw. George Curtis would have put him into the second row of the terracing.

I want everyone to visualise a hot sunny day in May, you've just arrived at the Green Man beer garden overlooking the Wembley Arch sipping a tepid overpriced lager out of a plastic cup, you duck to avoid a cracked leather caser that is being belted around by other more intoxicated Villans. You look across there is a youth from Kingstanding throwing up by the fence, Ian Taylor has just walked in all smiles and handshakes, he's handing out free headphones and bottles of prosecco. You are thinking back to those miserable days post Newcastle away when you wanted the world to open up and swallow Aston Villa whole, people were getting all concerned about Championship survival, the Bluenoses and everyone one else you know were laughing so hard at us the NHS were calling it the cracked rib crisis of 2017.

A smile then beams across your face, how the hell did we make the Play off Final? Then you realise it was Derby at home, the turning point, the day Bruce's boys finally got their shit together, when every shot went in even that one heading for the corner flag from Alan Hutton until that albino fella diverted it goalwards.

Get ready and prepare for victory, the good times are coming.

*pumps chest proudly, has a think about it, logs on to Betfair, backs Derby*

After they beat Liverpool he was been touted as some mini messiah on WM. That hasnt lasted long though has it. Im ok with the Dingles but it would make me smile if they drop simply to wiipe the smug grin of Lamberts face and his over celebration when they beat us
