Wolves being above us given the money spent is just about acceptable to be 7 points off Cardiff is not .

Tonight seems like we paid the price of lack of changes and generally have quite an old team.Bruce admits he should of changed it around ,unfortunately we have herd this before from him and even more unfortunately we the form of Cardiff he simply doesn't have the room for error to keep making these mistakes .

Same old I should have done this and that, in hindsight, blah, blah, blah.

Win the play offs or do one.

Fairly honest from Bruce post game as it often but surely this should have been apparent at half time. The reorganisation when Taylor went off seemed a bit of a mess too.

He really doesn't believe in rotation too much, it was the same in our decent run earlier in the season. MON had the same flaw.

To be fair to Bruce there isn’t really anyone on the bench who deserves to be in the first XI, the squad players haven’t done enough to make his selections more difficult.

Barneys goal aside.

Bjanassan not worth a place based on his form before being dropped?
How do we know about Ohare or Lansbury because he has given them no game time.
He has the same squad management weakness as MON who continued to fail in his objective because of it.

Yes that’s right. Earlier in the season presumed second string players came into the side and made a place their own, Hutton, Adomah, El Mohamedy and Hogan.

More latterly that hasn’t happened and players haven’t given Bruce strong enough reasons to make changes. Barney, as you say, probably being closest.

You can understand the reasoning behind going with the same 11 who played the league leaders off the park a few days ago. None of them really deserved to be dropped. Besides like others have said, apart from bringing Barney in, there's not a lot he could have done.

Having seen the first laborious 30 mins ,he should have made 2 radical changes ,possibly bring on the fresh legs of B.B. and HL ,with hindsight he would most probably agree ,however it’s just not in his dna.

Yes you can understand the reasoning.
It’s not about being deserved to be droppped (although Hourihane was the most ineffective player on Saturday)
It’s about getting the best out of the squad and I don’t think he does that.
Last nights result has cancelled out the amazing performance on Saturday.
Losing at home to QPR is unacceptable.

this has always been a very simple question and answer - it's promotion or goodbye.

Agree.  The very least that is acceptable from Bruce is the play off final.  Lose that and he must go.  No ifs no buts.

Yes. There would be no excuse for (effectively) 2 seasons of not getting us up with the financial resources we have compared to the vast majority of clubs in this division.
