Lovely interview. O'Neill comes out of it well in regards to assuring him he had won a new contract despite that awful injury.

Fair play to MO'N for looking after Freddie -he deserved the award.

Despite his injury problems when he first joined us, he's one of the hardest players I've ever seen.

He had the build and demeanour of a rugby player I always thought.
