Never seen a single player make such a difference as Lansbury has today. Alert, mobile, good at football. All qualities I'm sure we'll quickly coach out of him

Half time and comfortable so far. I've slaughtered him on here over last few years but Gabby has been very good today.

Sounds like he's finally getting a bit of service.

The massive gap that existed between our midfield and front line sounds much tighter. Having Jedinak, Westwood, Gardner in any combination was the problem. Hopefully once Hourihane arrives next week we can really press sides and have our midfield support Kodjia more and get on the end of passes from the likes of Adomah or Jack.

Sounds like he's got us playing again, hopefully we can carry it through to the 2nd half, a big win would be really good for us.

I read somewhere we're playing 4-1-4-1.

Yep could be, but if the players in the middle of that system don't like to get forward or simply don't have the ability to then the gap will still exist. All of a sudden Lansbury adds that and it pushes us forward, them back and supports the attack.

It is all us right now. We simply have to score again and kill this game off.
