Robinson and Johnson playing well for them, typically! A narrow 2-1 to Villa. Their tails will be up after beating Brighton. I've noticed that our next match against Bristol City is to be postponed as City are involved in the FA Cup that weekend - not ideal for us.

They have never been as good as in 1888/89, there for the taking.
1-0 to us.

We have to win, don't we? So a 1-0 win, can't see us scoring 2 tbh

I think this is when we lose our unbeaten home record.

Can't see us improving on the Wolves performance. 0-2.

I'm going to be there for this one, so I bloody well hope it's better than the recent away dross we've witnessed.

1-1. Preston will be tough to beat.

I'd play Baker over Elphick if he's fit.

Johnstone
Hutton Elphick Chester Amavi
Adomah Jedinak Tshibola Green
Grealish
McCormack

They're in better form than us and if Bruce persists with Gabby, we'll probably score 0 again

A lucky 1-0 win with a late, late goal.

I've gone for a draw (1-1), but it could just as easily end up with a PNE win. Here's hoping I've got it all horribly wrong. Again.

2-0 Villa

Gabby consigned to the bench, Andre Green to start and Ross McCormack to bag a brace!

My mind has just raced back to the first game of the 1973-74 season and arriving back from a week's family holiday in Weymouth and arriving back in Birmingham around 3.30pm and my mum and dad dropping me off outside VP - so I could maintain my attendance record !  (as a 16 year old - nothing was more important.)

I remember we played them away around January of that season.

Have we played Preston since then - I'm struggling to think of a game between us ?

I think we will  get a draw but there is a danger Preston could sneak it. Theyve hit some good form at the moment and are scoring goals!
