Jack looks like he's struggling after that injury. Take him off, put Albert on and move Ayew into the centre.

The commentator just used the words " rip roaring first half "

Mine said "that a was a half of football that won't live long in the life of memories".

Funny how different people see a game differently.  Tonight is the first game I've seen where I've been properly fucked off that we're in this shit league making hard work of seeing off absolute dross like Leeds fucking United.  They need to come out second half like they did the first but actually score a goal rather than flatter to deceive.

That we've been the better side should be a given.

Not sure what our shape should be, but it's not really working, no balance. We should have constant pressure on Leeds. I'd like to see a simple 442, but that needs two good centre mids, and we don't currently have one.

Leeds haven't offered much though. We should win this at a canter.

Tactical not to get anybody else in the box? Same old tactics then. We huff and puff but the Leeds defence have presented us with more opportunities than our midfield.

Not bad. Good tempo, particularly in the first 20 minutes. We've not created enough out of the dominence though, but that's nothing new this season. Grealish needs to up his game today. He's playing in 2nd gear. Everything is a little lackadaisical with him tonight. If he's carrying an injury get him off.
Most surprising moment of the half was Westwood tracking a runner back, matching him for pace and sliding to the ball and clearing it for a throw-in. Astonishing moment.

I'd like to see Adomah on as he links well with Kodjia and he creates chances.

Leeds have been no threat do far so it's a pity that we haven't converted our superiority into a lead. Might regret that😟

It feels like we're banking on Leeds tiring after they named a virtually unchanged team. The early press dropped off pretty sharpish, hopefully we're saving it for the 2nd half.

Yup. He screams every 5 minutes to make sure I haven't fallen asleep.

Great opening 4 minutes, best of the season but we never captured that momentum again.
The other point is why do we keep banging the ball up front when we have a team of midgets?

According to sky stats they had more possession than us, eh? How does that work? We weren't great but I'm sure we'd had more of he ball than them!
