Looks like a 442. Bacuna left.

Setting him up for a fail. Both Grealish and Ayew is better out left. Bacunas natural position is mid right.
Seems like him , Gardner and Jedinak playing makeshift positions to accommodate for RMC up top.

Good to have Baker back though.
