Best player Amavi. Next best Jedinak.
We've got to start showing some attacking threat. Please sort this out Steve & Co. Let's see what your made of chaps.

That was bloody awful, from both sides.

Wonder goal or mistake wins this.

Has Gabby even touched the ball yet? Seen him running flat out at the keeper a few times but not near a ball..

!

The ball never gets near him such is the shite from those behind him.

Eureka!!!!

Yup. Nothing from midfield just hoof balls upto the front 3

We're sitting way too deep, there's no movement, Kodjia doesn't look overly bothered, Westwood anonymous, Jack looks lost in the middle and Gabby is Gabby. I'm not sure we have enough subs to sort out this shower of shit, though I'm sure Bruce will have the hairdryer out in the dressing room. Let's see if that makes a difference.

Kodj needs to up his game too. Did anyone else feel Sky were trying to get him into trouble earlier?

Not really.  He was a bit of a knob, and deserved to be shown up for it.

Moving on though, I'm starting to think I should really be writing my Christmas cards.

Tommy was lucky there

yeah, made look a mug really, kind of mistake that gets punished in the top division

appalling standard of football, we arent attempting to play constructively

a mistake will decide this game, like v Leeds

Amavi and Chester decent, Jedi has done some important challenges but as given the ball away a fair bit. Positive is we haven't looked in much trouble, negative is we've been shit going forward.

100% this and I'm not impressed with Grealish either, what's happened to driving forwards?

He breaks with the ball, gives it to Kodija and then stands still. Makes no attempt to run on and get the return ball. One of the reasons he will never be top quality. No work rate or endeavour. £20k per week and he's happy. No motivation to do better

It does feel like we're on course to lose this to me. We need to buck our ideas up.

I'm not sure where I'd start in terms of changes but it has to involve gabby or Westwood or both.

Bruce's record has been great and we're so much better mentally but I think the quality of our attacking play has probably got worse

Kod and Ayew have been awful. We need to be able to use 5 subs to take off all those that deserve it. Kod for definite would be off for me, shit and petulant tonight.

There is no cohesion in this side, I would criticise Gabby but when the ball is never played to him what is he supposed to do. Kodja is wasted on the left and looks out of sorts. and again Westwood is Mr invisible, unless Bruce changes things around we will lose this, not one shot at goal.

[Might go and tidy my sock draw & listen to it on the radio instead of watching it. Might be a better game on the radio.

Have we got too many forward players on?
I think they are taking each others space, hence the lack of movement.
