None of the 3 newly promoted sides look like they will set the world alight.

I guess they'll be chanting some of Born Slippy on the terraces now.

Iíve a funny feeling Brentford will shock a few teams and thereís the guaranteed six points against us.  Toney will cut it in the PL.

I quite like the look of Dacosta, who has been out injured and Rico Henry is supposedly good too, but was injured all season.

Started out as a Villa fan apparently, but after an unsuccessful trial with us, became a Nose.

Brentford have a 50/50 chance of going down.

Patricio is head of the queue to leave. Roma deal seems all but done and dusted. I don't think it's a fire sale, more a case of lots of players don't want to play for them anymore.

Mendes doesn't make a penny if there is no player/staff movement. They were told but were too busy minding the gap or something.

Fosun has just raised 500million on the capital markets issuing a sub investment grade bond. Doubtful this money is heading to Wolves which looks more and more of an outlier. I think this makes them a selling club.

Lost their keeper - who is very decent -  to Roma now, very curious model being at the behest of some agent dropping players in there for a year or so for exposure and then moving them on.

New keeper they are signing is another Mendes client. What a surprise.

One keeper from Portugal for another although i would suggest the incoming one is nowhere in the same class That gap is getting bigger all the time

Their fans are saying the best years of Patricio is behind him so itís a great deal. I wonder when they will realise that the club is being dictated to by this agent and his best interests are himself and not the club.

At the same time they realise they aren't a world-famous club destined to become a global power. Never.
