Forgive me Father, I even ventured onto Villa Talk. Wanted to see what subs we had made, as Bet365 just says "Substitution", but the miserable buggers wouldn't put that info on there.

I won't go there again. A silly place.
I also did that but soon closed it without going into any thread...have washed and scrubbed since then.
I ventured on there too..it reminded me of Small Heath Alliance, full of riff raff..not for me thanks!!

Just off to check if the women over 40 thread is safely embedded in SQL...
How did I miss that?

What's going to happen if we win two games in a row? Or am I being stupid to think that so no need for Martin to plan for that?

Thanks Martin.

Seconded, and maybe an opportune time to remind posters of the costs involved in keeping the site live and that contributions to its upkeep are very welcome via the Contribute Now button.

Thanks Martin! I was bereft.

Also beginning to be slightly loopy at the prospect of Guess The Crowd disappearing and so having to recreate the last set of divisions again.
All that adding up! Aaaargh!
Thank God and Martin it's back, unscathed and with a couple of days to go on GTC 7 Villa v Fulham!  Get your guesses in, Brucies are wild all week!

So, you'll gather that I'm more pleased than most that our lovely Villa home is back.  :)

Now I know how the Waltons felt when Grandpa left the bathroom heater plugged in and the house burned down. (Although it could also have been caused by John-Boy's pipe which he dropped on the carpet when Elizabeth was sleepwalking.)

In this case, it has to be Legion, somewhere in the mix. I don't buy this stuff about dedicated servers rejecting unsolicited upgrades. Upgrades are good and result in better seats.

Yes, I am deliriously happy, still, because WE WON!

Yes, that's it. Blame me. All I did was click on the 'Do Not Click Here' virtual server button.

For me Lou it was more like the night the stables at Brookfield Farm went up in flames and Grace perished trying to rescue the hosses while Dan struggled to get his trousers on, Doris was phoning the WI, Phil was hiding under the table and Jack Archer was in a lock-in at The Bull.  All on the night of the launch of ITV.

I tried TBAR too. Oh my.

After 30 seconds I read "as long as we beat Blues, I don't really care about everything else".

It was more informative to look at our blank screen.

Morning All,

Good to be back, missed my " H & V fix" yesterday.  Like a few others, I dare say, I was panicking a tad yesterday.

A cup of tea is no good without a quick visit in here to see what's being discussed!
