Bronze for Kare with a PB and gold for Hannah with a WR. All in all pretty good stuff and both Coventry connected - Kare is a Cov kid and Hannah is a Cov University student.

Awful news about the death of the Iranian cyclist (RIP) but compelling and emotional viewing for the last fortnight or so. Inspirational stuff that's hard to put into words.
