Thanks for that it was good to relive it.  One of the great Cup ties ever.  What strikes me is the manager's being interviewed together you very rarely see that today which is a shame.

Don't know why but have a feeling we might edge this one.  They've not had the best of starts and the pressue will be on them to put in a good performance at home.  If we are set up right and hard to beat then I certainly think there is a good chance we can get a couple at the other end.  Will go for 1-2 away win.  Mccormack and Bacuna.

Thanks for putting that up, PWS. First time I've ever seen the game. So much to love from it too, from Big Ron, a Yorkie hattrick to Sir Les (RIP) racing off at the final whistle to celebrate in front of the Villa fans.

As for tomorrow, I'm delighted Mile is available and hopefully we can how show some strength in midfield. Derby seem to think Pearson will stick with the same team that won at the weekend with a 4-1-4-1 formation. I'm expecting it to be a touch game ending 1-1. Disappointing as it maybe, I then expect us to go an a 43 game unbeaten run.

This is the first game where I think we're coming up against a proper Championship side - no disrespect meant to the others so far, but Derby are a 'big club' and widely recognised.
I think it'll be a good one. Going for a win though, none the less.
