Dion Dublin
Former Leicester and Aston Villa forward on Final Score

"I'm glad that Rudy Gestede's got a goal. Aston Villa need to get back to basics - they need to realise that, if they get the ball in the box, they'll have someone who'll score goals for them"

That's too easy and too obvious Dion.

A tough lesson in the harsh realities of being outside the top flight.

May have to go to more matches.

Steady on!

AVTV is crap in both content and technology. If Tony want to build Villa support worldwide it needs to be tossed the same way as last years squad... Probably overpaying some Marketing Firm for service thats a decade behind todays standard, just as everything else.

We'll have to get on twitter and pester the Doctor to set up a camera crew to record all the games for us fans who can't get to the game!

I see Ayew's picked up a booking according to the beeb.

Life in the Championship v Life in the Prem part 26.

Table on the live text is "As it Stood" i.e. everyone got a point for today v As it stands.  Not important now, bu could be interesting / infuriating later.

It was a nice goal. The reverse pass from Grealish there was just way too clever for them.

By the way what's up with Baker?  Usual 2nd game of the season sprained toe that'll sideline him for a dozen matches?
Got injured in las game and had to come off at HT

I have to agree, don't go as much myself now, middle age, expense, cant be arsed, and all too easy to stay at home and watch or listen. Sky have desensitised the feeling of going to games for me , but I have already realised how much I miss knowing exactly whats happening by the second down at VP. Lets hope we start ripping teams apart, and the stay at home fans start flooding back.
