Away Fans
Away fans are seated in one side of the Jarrold (formerly South) Stand which runs along the side of the pitch.  It's a new stand (2004) so the facilities are apparently quite decent.  The usual allocation is 2,500 but it can be extended for cup games.  The food is rumoured to be above the average fair, the club bake their own pies for example.

Travel:

Driving: The ground is well sign posted from the A11 and A47.
From West (A47) -  Exit A47 at A146, signposted Norwich and Lowestoft. Turn left at the first set of lights  at the bottom of the slip road, signposted Norwich, continue to the next set of traffic lights and turn right onto Martineau Lane. Keep in the right-hand lane and at the County Hall roundabout take the second exit. Keep right and turn right at the next set of traffic lights onto King Street – follow this road which bends right and over the river bridge and you will see Carrow Road on the right.

From South (A11) - Approaching Norwich on the A11 you will come to the Thickthorn Services roundabout where the A11 and A47 meet. Take the fifth exit onto the A47 signposted Great Yarmouth and then follow the directions above.

From Ipswich (A140) - As you approach Norwich on the A140 you will come to a roundabout where it meets the A47. Take the third exit signposted A47, Great Yarmouth. Follow the A47 to the next exit (A146, Lowestoft), and then use directions from the West above.

From East (A47) - Exit A47 at A146, signposted Norwich and Lowestoft. Turn right at the first set of lights  at the bottom of the slip road, signposted Norwich, continue to the next set of traffic lights and turn right onto Martineau Lane. Keep in the right-hand lane and at the County Hall roundabout take the second exit. Keep right and turn right at the next set of traffic lights onto King Street – follow this road which bends right and over the river bridge and you will see Carrow Road on the right.

Parking: Parking at Carrow Road on matchdays is very limited with pass holders only allowed access. Car park season ticket holders and relevant hospitality guests will have been issued with passes in advance. No pay on the day parking is available on-site at Carrow Road for first team matches.

However, pay on the day parking is available at the nearby County Hall car park, which is approximately 10 minutes walk from the stadium at a cost of £6 per vehicle. To get there follow the directions from the A47 as above, but the car park is situated off the first exit of the roundabout from Martineau Lane. County Hall (Postcode: NR1 2DH) is the headquarters of Norfolk County Council.

You can also buy matchday parking tickets for County Hall in advance through the Norwich City ticket office on 0844 826 1902.

Disabled parking is available on-site, however it is limited due to the number already allocated to season ticket holders. Please call our Access Officer Stephen Graham on 0844 826 1902 or email stephen.graham@ncfc-canaries.co.uk for more information.

For visiting supporters travelling on unofficial coaches/minibuses please contact the Norwich City ticket office on 0844 826 1902 for parking information.

Please note that road closures operate immediately before and after matches outside the stadium to allow pedestrians to leave safely.

Resident parking schemes are in place in the streets around Carrow Road and this is strictly enforced and identified through on-street signage.  Please do not park in these areas as you will be fined.  Please respect the needs of local residents. Parking at Morrisons adjacent to the stadium is reserved for store customers only.  Penalties will be imposed for misuse of this car park.

By Train: It's a bit of a pig to get to from the Midlands, it'll take around 4 hours from Birmingham New St.  There's also an hourly service from London Liverpool St. Norwich Train Station is located less than 10 minutes’ walk from Carrow Road. When walking out of the station turn left and follow Koblenz Avenue to reach the stadium or alternatively walk straight over at the traffic lights and straight through the Riverside Leisure complex to reach Carrow Road.

Around the ground:
Pubs: There's quite a few pubs on route from the train station. The main away pub (for those of you who like your bars 6 deep) is the Compleat Angler. A new leisure complex called the Riverside has opened. This has a number of drinking and eating establishments, including a Wetherspoons outlet. Also the Coach and Horses on Thorpe Road brews its own beer and is also around a 10 minute walk away from the ground.

Match Program: £3

Fanzine: Y'Army £1
