If only we had a midfield with the likes of both Dembele and Wanyama...sigh.

If only ☹️

It still brings a tear to my eye to think not 10 years ago we led 4-1 at White Hart Lane and world appeared quite beautiful. Even if we did fuck it up that night we looked like we had a team/squad that had depth to threaten the upper echelons of the PL. Now, one side is 2-0 vs Chelsea, the other lost 1-0 vs Cardiff in the division below.

The signs of it going wrong were theee though when MON brought on Marlon fucking Harewood who went on to inexplicably give them a pen. Signing a Harewood then was not going to propell us forward.

He had talks at Bodymoor according to the book I read before Christmas. Living on the Volcano - Michael Calvin, worth a read.

Watching Spurs tonight I don't see a problem for us on Sunday ...............................as Alli, Eriksen, Wanyama, Kane etc wont be playing.

I wouldn't back us to beat Spurs under-12s after Monday's game.

Us and Spurs both agreed a fee, he chose them.

Can't think why.

Well I'm not sure how we'd have shoehorned him into our current midfield if I'm honest. They're that good, poor kid would be out at Walsall or somewhere.

Stroll in the park for Citeh, 3-0 up at HT. At this rate they may even bring Delph on for a run around
