He's on honeymoon isn't he? Can't imagine anything will happen until he comes back.

Any more news on this? What's the hold up?

Tommy and his new wife are on their honeymoon in Italy. Westy and Frankie are in the Maldives. Scott and Helen are in Cape Verde and as we know, Brad and Carlos are in the Copa America.
Thanks, Eastie.

AFC Bournemouth: Elphick understood to have cut short honeymoon for Villa medical
CHERRIES star Tommy Elphick’s proposed move to Aston Villa is expected to be completed early next week.

Elphick is understood to have cut short his honeymoon in Italy to return to England to undergo a medical at Villa Park.

The 28-year-old defender was given permission to speak to Villa after Cherries had accepted a bid, believed to have been in excess of £3million.

Although Cherries boss Eddie Howe offered Elphick an extension to his existing deal at Vitality Stadium, it is thought the length of the new contract was a sticking point for the player.

Good move to get a club captain in first. He can learn about the club and help welcome and acclimatise new players as they come in.
