I think many of us grew up with Peter Jones who was just so consummately professional and succinct  without the need for hyperbole. As Dave mentions above I think it was his wife who said she felt he suffered PTSD after that match and he was dead within I think about 18 months. Very very sad.

Iíve mentioned before but considering Alan Green learnt at his knee so to speak what on earth happened. Radio commentary hasnít really been the same since.

I enjoy listening to the radio commentaries of Conor McNamara.

Everyone around at that time will never forget. Not wishing to trivialise it in any way, it could have been us a few times.

Saying it could have been us doesn't trivialize, it reinforces the need for justice.

Most clubs with a decent size following can think of at least one day when it could easily have been them.

The fight for justice for the 96 is the fight of every football supporter. Or should be.

I read that one of the chaps who was pictured in aftermath had sadly died of CV over the past few days.

Never forgotten. RIP

His name is Dave Rowland and he's the guy in the last photo in the video accompanying Peter Jones' broadcast. Apparently he stayed with one of the young victims until he died.
