I'm taking my 8-month old son to his first game on Saturday. If nothing else I'll be doing a good job of managing his expectations.
Lol.

If we are to get anything out of this game then we need to change everything, starting with our entrance music. It's embarrassing. We play music that invokes an image of God's entering an arena and then we get Billy Smart's Circus.
We should play something more appropriate like the Steptoe and Son or Laurel and Hardy theme tunes. We could all point and laugh instead of applauding. Shame them. Publicly humiliate them. They may just respond.

2-0 Win.
I like this.
How about the theme from On The Buses? (as used by talksport on clips of the week)

I'd go for the closing 'Benny Hill' tune. Guzan can lead them out in double time and they can all slap him on the head.

Does anyone know how to start a poll? A petition could also be handed into the club requesting our new "theme tune" to be played as chosen by the masses.

Make changes to the team and you never know. Play the usual suspects and inevitable defeat.

If we do the double over Bournemouth then they need to take a long hard look a themselves. We won't of course.
1-2, hopefully Norwhich get what they need and it can finally be confirmed.

This is the match I have selected to take a couple of youngsters to their first at Villa Park outing as part of tickets for schools initiative. Do you think it's a good idea?

Yes, it's a form of character building.

I think we will find out after this game which players want to play for the mighty Villa and which don't. I want Jack to flourish but I'd also love to fear in the eyes of some of our other 1st teamers.
Yes Saturday will be the day we see who is with us and who isn't
