It would be ideal for the team to take the pitch to.

Or from the same beat combo.

Or from the same era.

Can we get the 'boys' from the Wycombe bus incident to stand outside the executive car park before and after the game to give Hollis and Fox the warm welcome they deserve.

Alternatively, someone could take in a can of fake poo and place a nice little swirl on each of the executive seats...yes it's juvenile, but it'd make me laugh.

Just read on a different thread where we were described as waving the white flag and it struck me that this would be the perfect demonstration...if everyone took a white flag with either Fox, Hollis or Lerner written on it and waved it for the entirety of the game on Saturday and beyond.

Well I will give Remy my full support.I won't give the players grief.I won't invade the pitch..but I will voice my anger at the wide boys who have pushed the Aston Villa bus off  the edge of the cliff. There are many ways to make those bastards  squirm and I will do that at every available opportunity. They aren't going to take the piss out of me and hope I will quietly sit there  and take it. UTV

I'm with CT Villain, simple and very effective, the media will run with it too.
A banner or two telling Remi we're 100% with him would be good - 'Remi - Oui. Board - Non' ?
Pitch invasions are a terrible idea and will achieve nothing but negative results.

PS. As soon as I get a job I'll make myself a muppet, promise!! :D

When we have these outpourings of what should happen at a game, pitch invasions, Wycombe chav rants, shit on the directors' seats and so forth, it would be enlightening to know what proportion of the proposers actually attend games.

I think a better demonstration would be to go to the Sty and burn it down, at least we wont have to go there next season then, I am in Oman Brian, so wheres me lighter, or could you send someone round to do it for me, alibi sorted.

I have form Kuwait.  I have a police record for being arrested as a youth and banged up in Steelhouse Lane for pulling down some of the fence around Aston Park to have a fire in Trinity Rd when we were queueing for semi final tickets all night and freezing our bollocks off.  I will send Damon's boys they all have the pyromania gene.

Good man Brian, at least that form of demonstration would make us all feel better.

It's not the time for protests, it's for us to unite and cheer for our illustrious leaders as we take Aston Villa into battle.

Creating an amazing atmosphere, a wall of sound to spur on our warriors on the pitch.

(Was that OK Mr Lerner, sir?)

I was considering renewing my season ticket next year again (blind faith 30+ years)

I was hoping that during the summer with Garde in charge he would get rid of a lot (most) of the players who currently play for our club, however if Garde does leave we will be stuck with the same bunch of losers who we have had for 4 + seasons (new manager fresh slate etc...)

You can almost see Richardson etc... being given a new contract!

If this happens then I doubt I will be renewing, I wonder if Mr Lerner/ Hollis / Fox will be laughing when we are getting 18,000 for a midweek game next season

Change needs to happen and it needs to be nasty and horrible!

Garde needs all the support he can get. I hope he starts picking the players he believes are our future.
As for protest, a march to the stadium and a late entry (5 minutes or so into the game) by 100's of supporters would make an impact. Banners - yes. But, for most impartial observers it will probably look like 'too little, too late': protest and dissent should have happened two-three years' ago.

This is not about the Russ Abbot smash hit?

No I don't think it will be a party with a happy atmosphere.

I like the idea of a white flag protest.
