fuck me were has this fight come from??

It's almost like Garde knows which players want to dig us out of this, and which like their shiny cars and dirty hoes.

Ayew looks like a 10 yr old kid that has just had his pocket money stopped.
Made me chuckle.

Get in.

Two things about Kozak in that goal I wanna pick up. His movement. First in the attack leading up to it when Cissokho drives the ball across. He tries to ghost the defender and get along the six yard line.
Second. When Hennessey first spills it, Kozak is on him like a whippet. It went in anyway but the point is, Rudy does not show that sort of movement in the box. Kozak does. Not a great player but perhaps more likely to grab us a goal and connect with any delivery we get in the box.

we didnt know if he was good enough

but Mcgrath he should have played weeks ago
I think he should have been playing all season to be honest. He was scoring goals in pre-season. I know his fitness may have been an issue, but the same was said about Gestede when we signed him as he had just come back from an injury.

And sadly for Garde by the time he sifts out the latter he's not left with too many of the former. With that in mind I'd bring more kids in.

That was handball by their man in the box. Clattenburg is blowing every time they fall over.

Keep the pressure on Villa. Grab a second. We need to shut this game down.

Sod holding on. Lets get the second goal and try and instil even more confidence going into the weekend game.
We can break on them and find a bit more space. Get some early balls in and Kozak might sneak a goal.
