It's a brave side and with players missing, it was possibly the best he could have done with maybe the exception of Traore. Good to see Kozak back in the fold as well.

Thought Cissokho couldn't play til next week, but with him as a proper LB in the team it looks a more balanced line up than the last few weeks. Gil & Grealish starting together could be interesting, but Jack needs to pull his finger out and start living up to the hype. Wonder what a win feels like.......

I think overall Gil and Grealish offer more than Traore, but Adama should get a good half an hour at least to run at them.

Too much negativity on here. I understand what has caused it but this side at least there's some real attacking intent today. Let's get behind the boys and the manager. Fuck what has happened so far, it's Sunderland and we generally play well against them. Today is the day it changes.

Why not have a crack at Richards at right back? Hutton is fucking gash.

I agree. Hutton is just as bad as Richardson for me. Cretin's, the pair of them. But hopefully, he'll have a blinder today!

And ever since I saw Richards as Santa, I just can't stand him, headless chicken, gobby cockend.

Again, please have a blinder Micah!

Adama and Kozak aren't a bad duo to bring on when chasing a game.

We're down. Even TV is being negative.

I like that line up, we might be going down but hopefully we can win 1-2 games before end of the season.

Lets hope Blunderland feel the G force

Carles
Jack
and
Rudy

On the subject of Kozak, if he did come on a do the business would it be a case of recent managers being arrogant "we know better than you" Muppets or does itshow that we don't really know or understand what goes on behind the scenes

I agree Adama needs to be used to torment tiring defenders.

The only real problem I have with that selection is the inclusion of Lescott. I don't think I've seen a more inept player, and there's been a heck of a lot of them down Villa over the years. Surely Okore and Clark are better than him?
