Even the ref is taking the piss.

There are 12 donkeys on this pitch.

Benteke to Gestede, was that the worst replacement transfer in the history of football?

Exactly. It would be funny if it wasn't so tragic.

I'd rather have had nothing. A hat stand would have been more useful.

How the fuck was that not a foul on Gil. Kozak got pulled for half the offence 30 seconds  earlier. Shameless officiating

Ireland for Milner, N'Zogbia for Downing and Young.

I think people need to embrace the shiteness now otherwise you're going to be genuinely mentally scarred come May. Lets go for all the records, get Ivanhoe on loan and really set a benchmark for crap that we'll never equal.

We have lots of problems, but the biggest one by far is that there just is not a foursome (actually, five, include the keeper) of defenders we can choose from that is anywhere near good enough.

So we have games like today where we put together some decent approach play, but we absolutely struggle to put most of the chances away, which most teams would pick up a few points from over the course of a season.

Only when we manage this, it is all pointless because we are constantly giving away utterly avoidable goals.

There's nothing Garde can do to fix that until we can get some different defenders in.
