What Traore needs to learn is losing the ball and winning it back is every bit as important as what he might do with it. If there is one thing Barcelona are simply outstanding at is getting the ball back quickly when a play breaks down. It's a very underrated part of their game because it is so easy to focus on the ball retention and more glamorous aspects of their overall production. We can't afford that right now so the entire squad needs to work harder for 90 minutes.

Yup. Traore should also learn that he doesn't have to insist on picking up the ball at the half way line. After all the excitement of signing him, I'm still not sure if he's raw talent or just an expensive circus act.

I agree with that. Take out say Westwood and put in one of the 3, you lose the midfield if they go with 451. Plus Veretout might get chances to be much more advanced.

Gestede, for one so allegedly good in the air, manages to win pretty much no aerial duels

Garde can work on tightning it up all he likes but we won't win games without one or more of Gill, Greslish or Traore on the pitch

Especially at home he's got to send a team out to win rather than not lose
Maybe, but today's line-up may just bring the best out of Veretout and Gana.
All will be revealed in 2 hours.

Our 3 most creative players are sat on the bench
That's not the way to get out of the shit imo

oh, don't get me wrong: I agree but Garde also has to get stability, and he has to work out how to get the best out of his creative players. I'd like to see one of the three creatives get at least 25 minutes today.
