Hardly inspiring, but Newcastle are rotten, and if the attitude is right, it could well carry us over the line. Come on lads, bust a bleedin gut for the cause!
They`re that rotten they`ve picked up as many points in two games as we have all season, i would be more optimistic with their squad than ours.

Dreadful line up.  Westwood is the new Heskey.
Heskey scored the other day for the first time in a year ...

Shall we just start the post match thread now and be done with it?

The words 'disgrace' 'dead' and 'what was Bacuna thinking of' are bound to feature.

With the quality in our squad, any line-up is likely to get turned over. Lerner you cnut

Hopefully we will see some fight on the pitch today.

Preferably between 4 Newcastle players.

I have just checked we are 10 points from safety.  That is really quite concerning don't you think.

I know we don't have much to choose from, but that's a really poor uninspiring line up. A clean sheet and an own goal win if possible.

You just know it is another misery filled weekend. It has already commenced with other results, will confirm itself over the next 90+ minutes and then be capped off with the Post Match thread. I just can't fucking wait.

I know we don't have many options, but we've not started with a recognised striker.  They have just shown a league table for the 35 games in the year of 2015.  Unsurprisingly, we were comfortably bottom, seven points from safety.  Oh great, just seen that Ray Wilkins is in the studio as well.

If they're the 11 that have shown the most commitment what the manager is asking, then they're our best 11.
