Haven't checked but have we ever had a good run of victories in the league against Man Ure. My favourite one was the the 76-77 - the atmosphere was electric. Used to be very much like a Derby Match when we played them at Villa Park.I remember an easy victory away late 70's and will always fill we threw the cup game in 77 not on purpose but through tiredness and injuries.

Yes that draw against Coventry who came for a 0-0 draw and were over the moon when they achieved it. I remember their fans cheering as if they had won the cup.Nice to help put them down a few years later hopefully to never return

Walked out the Holte thinking a goaless draw wasnt so bad as Ud were losing at the time. Got back to the car and on shit they had won 2 one.Watched the one all v Utd in the Holte suiteAlso watched the Blackburn 3 nil debacle in The Trinity with a big screen on the pitch. Not many had Sky in those days. Three early goals and out season was over
