Last weeks game was I think "it" for us.

I can't see us getting anything today.

I said that back five would start though didn't get the whole team right.
I like that line up 1-2 villa

Apart from you said Richards would play.

I am coming out in support of massive air and ground strikes upon the Southampton goal.

We don't have the precision technology though. With Gestede around, innocent civilians behind the goal are likely to be hit as well.

There is one bright spot - the teams we might catch (?) around us (Bournemouth, Sunderland, Newcastle, and Swansea) are all unlikely to pull further away given they play Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, and Leicester respectively), and even Norwich have a tough one at Norwich.

Now thats called hope :)

Norwich will definitely get at least a point if they are playing themselves.

Does that team mean Bacuna at right back and Hutton on the left?

Getting nervous now. Not sure why. I keep thinking I'll resign myself to our fate and stop worrying every week but my brain won't let me.

Almost certainly, he can do a decent job there so it shouldn't be a massive concern

Hard to see past Norwich for that one. Our squad is comparable to many others in terms of quality but we lack spirit and a willingness to fight imo. Be it a lack of confidence or just the wrong characters in the dressing room something is amiss. Gabby, Lescott, Richards and Richardson as examples of your senior pro's. Oh dear.

Desperate times call for desperate measures, Clark & Richardson have been awful defensively. It might work, I just can't see it though.

Anyway, what it does show is that Garde won't stick with those who keep fucking up. I'm sure if he had another realistic option Guzan would be out of the team too.

If nothing else I expect to see us put up a fight.
