Can Senderos play because we've loaned out Baker and Bennett or were they not in the twenty-five either?

We couldn't play him regardless as he wasn't named. We can put him in the squad when the transfer window opens, so he could replace Amavi for example.

This is our squad. AFAIK we can add any of the U21 players we already have, at any time to the match day squad.

1] Brad Guzan
2] Tiago Ilori
4] Micah Richards
5] Jores Okore
6] Ciaran Clark
7] Leandro Bacuna
8] Idrissa Gueye
9] Scott Sinclair
11] Gabby Agbonlahor
12] Joe Cole
13] Jed Steer
15] Ashley Westwood
16] Joleon Lescott
17] Jordan Veretout
18] Kieran Richardson
19] Jordan Ayew
21] Alan Hutton
22] Gary Gardner
24] Carlos Sanchez
25] Carles Gil
27] Libor Kozak
28] Charles N'Zogbia
31] Mark Bunn
33] Jose Angel Crespo
39] Rudy Gestede

U21s.
20] Adama Traore
23] Jordan Amavi
40] Jack Grealish

Why can't Senderos play? I missed the reason. Can someone please fill me in.

A luxurious 3-1 win for us and our season kickstarted. Operation "Try not to be cut adrift from the other bottom dwellers " begins with this game.

I shall be hiding up a mountain as usual. Hopefully, there will be no phone signal up there and  my "Futbol 24 app" will not be able to ping me with the "Oh fuck! Here we go" Watford goals.

I am one of the 65% of us who actually thinks we will win. We all need our heads looking at.

Group delusion. We are turning in to a cult.

Surely, given the elapsed time since our last victory, purely on the basis of frequency of unexpected results, we have got to manage to win a match some time soon?

Can we really be that shit not to?

Nice to hear Ray Wilkins on TalkBollocks this morning saying that he thought we looked really good in our home performances, when he and TS were in charge, and just bad luck prevented us actually winning the matches!! - What matches was he watching and, if he thought that was all good, no wonder we were actually shite.

Also Brazil said that Villa would have been much better off with TS and RW in charge rather than Remi - of course Ray said yes, much better and, look, when we were in charge we didn't get beaten by 0-4 - Unbelivable!!

I saw 2 of them, we should have beaten Sunderland but died of death after 70 minutes and we were lucky to get '0' (Nil) v Stoke.

We didn't get beaten 4-0. Really what about the Cup Final. And what about the 6-1 v Southampton.

With the negative press this week, I'm starting to think this has 0-1 written all over it, with "You're not fit to wear the shirt" making an appearance.

I hope I'm 100% wrong and we win 3-0 obviously.

I just cant see a point let alone a win.

Watford are a good well drilled side, high on confidence. We neither of those things, and playing at the factory of sadness where we haven't won in 200+ days will hinder rather than help.

0-2 Watford

The aftermath will focus on not if we can stay up but if we can better the Derby team of 2008 and their 11 points and -63 goal difference.

Biggest game for years for me, praying for a win but no doubt Deeney will score at the Holte, flash his nose tattoo and join the legends that are Tait and Carr down at Small Heath.
