I just checked the last set of accounts again.

Mr Lerner's loan notes were reduced from £107m to £17m following the £90m conversion from debt to equity.
The bank overdraft went up to £17.8m from £13m.
The net debt remains at £102m even after the £90m conversion.
TV revenue was £72.7m, gate receipts £12.8m.

Ansell I mean Hollis might have an idea on fixing this, just sayin'.

And that's the point, ignoring who Lambert chooses to sign. How do Blackburn who have been in the Championship for a few years, have by all accounts pretty terrible owners. How have they got more to spend than a club who has been in the Premier League for all of the years of ludicrous television deals. It's fucking ridiculous.

Does he mean more money to spend this transfer window than last January - and is that dependent on a Mug Punter spending 10m on Rhodes as is likely the case? Blackburn are in dire financial straights which they have little chance of escaping short of 5 consecutive seasons in the Premier League.
