Shape, fight and a bit of luck. Nice to see some organisation.

Organised, playing some good football, Villa Park showing the love, clean sheet and another point on the board. Great performance.

Now suck on Remi's ice-cool French balls you knuckle-headed pundits.

Massively rode our luck at times, but we were organised and disciplined, we fought for every ball, and the players looked like they were playing for each other.

Rarely have I been so happy with a point.

Yes nice one lads. Probably what Remi set out to do. He got to see a lot of the fellas.

Rudy did well coming on.
Richards good.
Ayew I don't think had his best day.
Gil was good in the first half.
Sanchez/Gana I think in general had decent games.
Hutton was good.
Brad needs to have a few more clean sheets to convince me.
Vertout best one out there? Certainly seemed to have a good engine on him...

Predicted a draw but that was more down to the luck gods returning.

MOTM Veretout.

Great boost going into the international break. We now have a spring in our step and the break will give everyone some time to work on our shape and tactics. If we can find a way to create chances against teams outside the elite then there may just be hope yet.

Great point. Good organisation and shape. A lot of luck. Not sure where our goals will come from but unfair to judge on today. Guzan's fingertips stopped Delph from getting a last minute winner which would have just finished me off

Makes you wonder what was going on in Sherwood and MacDonald's heads, when the rest of us could see there were some decent players not getting a sniff.

Rode our luck at times but there's no way we're going down if we play to our potential and strengthen a bit more in January.

Still shaking. Superb in the first half I thought and dug in as well as we could in the second. The amount of times we worked the ball wide in the first half, I couldn't help but wish we had someone in the middle to get on the end of crosses...Still, very positive. UTV!
