Did think that was very short.

Worst of both worlds if course is an England performance that gives Borthwick till the WC, but a France win on the night.

Why didn't England hold onto it when they turned it over with 30 or so seconds to go?

Pollock after he ripped it made a really poor call.

Much better performance- but discipline again.

That result was down to the lack of discipline, 21 points from the Genge yellow and then 2 really silly penalties (of which they took the 2nd) in overtime to give them the kicking chance. In all honesty Itoje should've got a yellow for his as well, not that it'd have mattered of course.

We were better but it can't be enough to keep him in the job, getting it right (to a degree) when you're at your last chance is fine the first time it happens. When you've had the same thing happen twice before and not learned from it you're just showing that you're out of your depth.

So stupid. At the time I wondered if it would cost us the game.

It did.
