I think I'd be inclined to switch Gil for Veretout at this point. He's done OK, Gil, but is struggling to get into it this half. Veretout on to add a bit of strength in midfield, I think.

I would go Vertout and Gestede for Gabby and Gil now. Tighten the middle and add a focal point.
