Spammers cant take him on loan now,  so increasingly likely he will have no place to go
Unless they sign him permanently

I can't believe we would sign him if we are his last option,
and I was one of the few in favour of him earlier in the window

Is there even the slightest inkling that he might still sign? Haven't seen any.

Can West Ham cancel one of their other loans to take him?

This is how I hope that conversation might go:

Sherwood:  I have been meaning to ask this for quite a while now.  Who the phuck do you think you are?

Get him signed. I don't care if he wants to mouth platitudes about always loving us, we need a goalscorer and Adebayor is one.

The one downside of Adebayor coming in is Kozak probably not getting much of a chance. I think he would get us goals given a run.

Does anybody know actually what has gone on since he came up to Villa.  Most seem to be going on what has been reported in the media and then some.

It looks to me that Spurs always wanted to try and sell him and if this did not happen, get the best out of a loan deal.  The player would appear as though he wants to get away from Spurs as they have reportedly said they will not play him and has had to do a tour of the interested clubs until one of them makes a move.

I still think that it is still in the hands of Spurs and their options are running out.  I think we made an offer to take him on loan which did not match what Spurs wanted.  Whether that offer is still on the table, who knows.

The fact is that whatever Spurs get for him out of a loan will be more than they will have to pay out to him for sitting on his a*** all season.

West ham now have two players on loan, the foreign windows have closed.  Who else is interested?

I would take him on a 12 months loan.  He plays the position we are lacking in.  Whether he can get up to a level again that is better than we have is a gamble but I would rather take a gamble on a loan than a gamble on buying a player at this late stage.
